Dosage:

It can be increased to 20 mg if no side effects are experienced.
Precautions:
The medication is not meant to be used in women and children. Take exactly as prescribed and do not exceed the recommended dose. Tadalis SX Soft cannot be recommended in patients who were warned against sexual activity due to heart problems. Do not take with other medications for treatment of erectile dysfunction if your doctor did not advise you the other. Avoid taking with high-fat food and alcohol as it may make Tadalis Soft action less effective. Inform your doctor if you have sickle cell anemia, myeloma, leukaemia, or any deformation of your penis, severe renal or hepatic impairment. Avoid drinking grapefruit juice and alcohol if you take Tadalis Soft.
Contraindications:
Tadalis SX Soft is contraindicated in individuals concomitantly treated with nitrates as it may lead to sudden and life threating drops in blood pressure. Side effects The most common side effects are dizziness, headache, stomach upset, back pain and transient muscle cramps. Back pain and muscle aches usually do not continue longer than 48 hours. If these effects persist or worsen or become bothersome, notify your doctor immediately. If you have a painful erection which continues longer than four hours, stop using this medicine and seek immediate medical attention or permanent damage to your penis is possible.
Missed dose:
If you forgot to take your dose in time, please do it as soon as you remember. But do not take if it is too late or time for your next dose is in a short while. Do not take double doses of this medication or extra doses of it. Take your usually dose next day in the same regularly time.
Overdose:
In case of suspected overdose check with your doctor and seek for urgent medical attention.
