Eriactalis is a medicine used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence). Eriactalis is called a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, and works by preventing the action of a chemical in the body called phosphodiesterase type 5. The dose should be taken at least 2 hours before intended intercourse, and it may produce an erection in response to sexual stimulation for up to 36 hours after taking the dose.
How work:
Eriactalis tablet contains 20mg Tadalafil and is commonly known as "the weekender". A generic form of Cialis which lasts for 36 hours. Eriactalis is made by Ranbaxy. The Tadalafil 20mg citrate takes longer before it works against the Sildenafil citrate, but the effect is longer lasting. Most users experience an effective time of between 24 - 36 hours. This allows a more natural process for couple engaging in intercourse. They can effectively choose the right time, and again throughout the effective time.
Use with caution in:
Decreased kidney function
Decreased liver function
Disease involving the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease)
Conditions such as sickle cell disease, bone cancer or leukaemia in which there is an increased risk of prolonged erections (priapism)
Physical abnormality of the penis, such as severe curvature, scarring or Peyronie's disease
