Q. "I'm a new customer and have never used your service before. How do I know you are legit and that I will get my products after sending payment?".

You will find that we have a well documented history of service to the community and that we take pride in treating our customers right. There is also a ratings forum you can review us under. Q. "Do I need a prescription to order?"
A. No. Anyone may order our products and no prescription is needed.
Q. "If I place an order, how long before I receive it?"
A. Usually 2-3 weeks. However, sometimes factors out of our control cause additional delays. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, you may contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter. If you receive a seizure letter, please contact us immediately to have your order reshipped.
Q. " What payment methods do you accept?"
A. We currently accept Western Union as a form of payment. After placing your order on the website, you will be guided through the payment process. If there is anything you have questions about concerning this, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will gladly help you.
Q. "Will you ship to a P.O box?"
A. Yes, we will ship to any address (excluding Australia). We ask that you please double check your address information to ensure accuracy before submitting it to us in order to avoid any possible delays.
Q. " I received my order, but some of the products were damaged and unusable, what do I do?".
A. We do our best to package products as securely and carefully as possible to prevent possible damage. However, in rare occurrences, unusually rough handling by postal services can cause problems. If you receive a product that is unusable due to damage, please take a clear picture of the damaged product and submit it to us, and we will replace that item.
Q. "Will I be required to sign for my package?"
A. No, we ship orders standard airmail for your security. No signature is required.
