Please Read Carefully for the following policy:

All packages are shipped regsitered airmail, shipping charge is $25. Signature may be required on delivery, so please use a real name when ordering. Please be aware that orders are often split into multiple packages, so if you receive a partial order, please confirm with us if it was split into multiple packages before filing a claim for a resend. Please note that pharmaceutical items usually ship from a different location than do the Quality Direct oils and tabs and will arrive separately.

We do our best to package discreetly and plainly as possible, however, things happen and packages can get lost in the mail and or stopped. Orders typically arrive in 10-21 days from ship date. We ask that you allow up to 30 days from ship date for orders to arrive, after that point you can contact us and we will go over options. You can contact us 10 days after your order ships and request tracking, but please give it the 30 days to arrive, sometimes mail moves slower than other times and we have no control over this.

Please be aware that due to tight customs and regulations in some areas, we must ask customers from the following locatons to order at their own risk and to understand that we can't offer a resend policy to these countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweeden, and all Asian countries.

Please double check your address information twice before submitting payment for an order, we are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete address information given to us.
